Today, the world of textile dying units faces enormous environmental challenges. Significant increases in the cost of water and effluent treatment, plus pressure to conserve resources, call for a rethink of efficiencies and the production process.

EMS Smart Jet is an ecologic machine that cuts energy and water consumption while increasing the dyeing quality more effectively than any other produced dyeing machine: its production cost and environmental impact are currently the lowest on the textile market.

EMS Smart Jet is the technological evolution of Smart Jet produced dyeing machines and it reduces by a further point the bath rate with respect to the latter, while bringing it up to 1:3 on basic cotton fibers according to the absorption ratio and further lowering it for synthetic fibers.
